Located in the historic building designed by John A. Roebling, the engineer of the Brooklyn Bridge, the downtown loft has been designed so as to retain its historic flavor and original detailing such as exposed brick and iron pillars. Custom marble fireplace, stamped metal ceiling, antique cast iron front gate, and a set of 18th Century carved wooden panels restored and used as partitions that let in light and air into the kitchen and library are among the unique features used to create a clean open residential space.
